Second-placed Exeter Chiefs will play third-placed Nottingham in the semi-final of the EDF Energy National Trophy on Saturday.

Exe will be hoping to make their home advantage count in what is expected to be a tense game at Sandy Park.

Chiefs have swapped Andy Miller for Alan Miller for this game and Brett Sturgess and Sam Blythe have returned to the front row.

The ever-enthusiastic scrum-half Clive Stuart-Smith is looking forward to the big occasion.

This is a massive game where we hope to achieve our goal of a playing at Twickenham. To play on that stage would be fantastic.

Nottingham are a strong side and they pushed us very close when they played us here. They are doing very well in the league and are pushing us for second place.

We will be trying to take some of the attitude from our last two wins into this game. We know its a semi-final and that our opposition will be right up for it.
