SIX Midlands players have been included in the England Under 18 Clubs and Schools squad to prepare for the international against Ireland Under 18 Clubs in April.

Prop George Beale (Bromsgrove School, Worcester and North Midlands), hooker Curtis Greene (St Josephs College, Trentham and Staffordshire), lock Morgan Robinson-Eames (Bishop Burton College, Hull and Notts, Lincs & Derbyshire) and lock/number eight Ed Taylor (Old Swinford Hospital School, Bridgnorth and North Midlands) have been named among the 12 forwards.

Fly-half Louis Grimoldby (Stamford School and East Midlands) and centre/full-back Max Stelling (Old Swinford Hospital School, Moseley and North Midlands) are among the ten backs chosen by the selectors following the annual Divisional Festival at Broadstreet RFC near Coventry at the weekend.

The international against Ireland will be played at Old Merchant Taylors RFC at Merchant Taylors School in Northwood on April 14 (12pm).

England will train at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford on March 9 and 10 before playing their first warm-up match there against Northampton Saints Academy on March 11.

Englands second and final warm-up match will be against Leicester Tigers Academy at Oval Park in Wigston on April 8.
