Westcombe Park refuse to concede the fight against relegation after a 17-5 win at fellow strugglers Lydney kept their survival hopes alive. Two tries from Dale Bellinger helped the

leagues bottom side pick up their third win in six games. Lydney, on the other hand, have not won since November 5th and boast the worst home record in the league having won just

once at Regentsholme all season.

Park are now 13 points adrift of 13th- placed Lydney, who are in danger of being dragged into the bottom three. Barnes, who were comfortably beaten at home to title- chasing Old

Albanians, and Dings Crusaders are the sides looking to reel them in. Dings gave themselves a shot in the arm when a last minute penalty try earned them a 26-22 win over Worthing.

Richmond kept Old As at arms length by matching their rivals maximum five- point return with a hard- fought 26-10 win against Clifton at the Athletic Ground. No.8 Harison Edwards

grabbed two of his sides tries as the Londoners maintained their six- point lead at the top of the table. Hartpury College continued Redruths miserable record on the road with a 40-10

success that leaves the Cornish outfit without an away win since October. Hartpury are now level on points with Henley who slipped up at home to Shelford in what was arguably the

shock of the day.

Elsewhere, two tries from talisman Richard Bright helped Launceston to victory over Southend and Hertford beat Taunton thanks to a hat- trick from Mike Allan.
