A change of pitch due to an International frisbee competition at Boulders usual ground lead us to play at a facility a short walk from the hotel!

Murray Wallace (10!)one of GHK's ex internationalist now living and playing in Boulder had clearly fired up the local team who were ready for the challenge to give the Lions a good, hard physical game.

Boulders scrummage was a well drilled unit who contested strongly in a first half that saw Boulder lead by three tries to two,17 - 12 at half time.

GHK restored some team discipline and started to put some phases together. With better quality ball from the breakdown created more opportunities, and our lively forwards and backs took full advantage. Andy Fleming in particular started finding gaps in the home defence, running in three tries to add to his try in the first half. Other scorers were Andy Shedden, D'Arcy, and Tony Herron. Andy Fleming converted three scores and the evergreen Cammy Little who came on for the last quarter missed an easy conversion in front of the posts in the last kick of the game!

Final score 17 - 41

Ultimately, a well deserved win in a hard fought match which sets us up nicely for the final game of the tour at Infinity Park on Tuesday night against Glendale.
