STOKE, Newbold-on-Avon and Edwardians will have home advantage in the Midlands finals of the RFU Cup competitions.

The regional final of the RFU Intermediate Cup will be played at Hartwell Lane on April 2 where Stoke will host Lincolnshire club Market Rasen & Louth.

Stoke beat Towcestrians 19-7 in last Saturdays Midlands semi-finals while Market Rasen & Louth edged out Peterborough Lions 10-6.

Newbolds reward for an 8-3 win over Long Buckby last Saturday is a home tie against Ashbourne in the Midlands final of the RFU Senior Vase, also on April 2. Ashbourne beat Worcestershire club Upton-on-Severn 23-15 in their semi-final.

In the RFU Junior Vase Edwardians will host Harborne in an all-Birmingham Midlands final on April 2. Edwardians beat Cleobury Mortimer, former national finalists in this competition, 24-8 while Harborne edged out Stamford 12-9.

The winners of the three Midlands finals will progress to the national semi-finals of their respective competitions.
