DAILY MAIL RBS Schools champions Whitgift School are still on the road to Twickenham in the quarter finals of the U18 Cup on Wednesday February 9.

Whitgifts comprehensive win [37-5] over St Benedicts School Ealing booked the Surrey school a trip to Plymouth College in the last eight.

The qualification comes just a fortnight after Head Coach Chris Wilkins was awarded Performance Development Coach of the Year at the RFU Awards for Coaching.

Winners in 2002 and 2003, Oakham School confirmed their place in the quarter finals against St Josephs College, Ipswich with victory over Bishops Stortford High School.

Oakham have produced exceptional rugby talent including England captain Lewis Moody and back row Tom Croft. Director of Rugby and former Leicester captain Ian Smith will hope to lead the team to their third U18 Cup title, assisted by another former Leicester player, Glen Gelderbloom.

St Josephs College and Plymouth College, along with Wilmslow High School, who will take on QEGS Wakefield, have all recorded a 100% winning record during this season.

Whitgift also feature in the U15 Cup, facing Woodhouse Grove School in the quarter final stages.

Elsewhere, following a narrow 21-20 victory over St Josephs College, John Fisher School travel to RGS High Wycombe in the fourth quarter final.
