Topsy Ojo and Mike Brown have been found guilty of misconduct during England's recent disastrous tour of New Zealand. The pair were part of a group of four players who were under investigation after a female made allegations of a sexual nature about the group. Danny Care and David Strettle, both of Harlequins were cleared of any wrongdoing but were warned about their future behaviour.

Ojo was fined 500 after being found guilty of staying out all night and Brown was fined 1,000 for being out all night and arriving late for a physiotherapy appointment.

The woman who made the allegations last week said she would not be making any formal complaints because it would lead to the media invading her privacy and also would lead to troubles in her private life.
